Logisolve's Quarterly Meeting
May 11st, 2005
MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Logisolve's quarterly meeting was held at Grandma's restaurant on April 21, 2005. We came together to boost our commitment to our employee's, the bottom line and strong camaraderie.
John Scanlon portrayed our three circle model that encapsulates our commitment to our consultants, clients and the company. Our long term focus has been positive as portrayed by our slow and steady growth, flat organizational structure, and low overhead. Kelly Wendlandt took over and reviewed our goals of incenting our associates and selling our image to our customers. Pulling the three circle model together with great consultants as our face to our customers leads to contented clients. Next, Ron Kimlinger talked about our touch points into our client base. This was important slide that depicted what we are doing at our clients and how we add value to their business. Lastly, Dave Youngbauer reviewed our current and future benefits and noted that we will be providing a 401k matching plan to be rolled out this year.
