Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will own end-to-end accountability for the success of either multiple mid-size or a single large project workstream of an enterprise level strategic initiative. This may include either E-Commerce, Salesforce Implementation or Client Product Implementation programs.


The Consultant will serve as a collaborative liaison between delivery teams in an Agile environment. Helps bridge the needs of our customers to the capabilities of our technology and business groups ensuring that requirements and market strategy develop into a successful release.  Engages with other key stakeholders across the business to ensure project success. Responsible for the P&L, balancing investments (money, time, people), managing short-term tactical project improvements with long-term strategic project investments to maximize ROI.

  • Define, drive and monitor product/feature KPIs across the business e.g., revenue, customer acquisitions
  • Works closely with the leadership team and external business clients to develop the long-term business strategy and translate it into an actionable, achievable roadmap.  
  • Collaborates with the Product Development team for the roll out / release of a feature
  • Synthesizes information and uses intuition and experience to complement data.
  • Strong collaboration with business and IT partners to understand the context of project goals and objectives in potentially ambiguous scenarios, enabling proper investigation and capture of business needs.



Education and Experience: Bachelors and 6 years or HS/GED and 10 years

  • Client facing Project Management experience, ideally B2B
  • Multiple projects using Agile
  • Implementation focused Project Management experience
  • Technical understanding of product and customer requirements
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer-centric leadership and orientation
  • Experience working on internal enterprise level projects as well as external client enterprise scale projects


Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Technology

Experience: Additional experience in Product Management, Technical eCommerce

  • Experience with Order to Cash processes and technologies to support Ecommerce sales flows; includes areas such as order capture, order management, composition & fulfillment, tax and shipping calculation and search, etc.
