is actively interviewing for a Contract to Hire Senior Digital Marketing
Analyst position for our Medical Technology Client. We are looking for an individual
with deep experience in multiple CRM and Analytics tools as well as Digital
business knowledge and understanding of typical loyalty, retention and digital
KPIs/quantitative metrics. As the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst you will
have the opportunity to develop measurement strategy, plans for global
integrated marketing programs and act as the digital analytics subject matter
expert.
Position
Description
The
Senior Digital Marketing Analyst develops measurement strategy, plans and
reporting for global integrated marketing programs, ensuring alignment with the
overall marketing and communications objectives of the Urology/Pelvic Health
division and their franchises.
The
successful candidate will act as the digital analytics subject matter expert,
consulting with the divisional Digital Marketing and Integrated Marketing
Communication team to ensure all programs are set up for success with the
appropriate measurement strategy, KPIs, checkpoints and
contingency/optimization plans. This is an active and fast paced role, however,
as the subject matter expert, you will have the opportunity to really own and
shape the position while working with Marketing and Commercial Excellence
Leadership.
This
role will analyze Healthcare Professional and Patient related communications
and performance to business goals.
Qualified
candidates will be fluent in today’s digital marketing and analytics ecosystem
(I.e. Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Salesforce,
Tableau, etc).
Responsibilities
·
Monitor key
metrics and generate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as critical
ad hoc reports, that measure impact of marketing levers, drive strategy and
contribute to improved performance of future activations
·
Analyze
data from multiple sources across all digital marketing programs, providing
tactic-specific response rates, website conversions, multi-touch attribution
and, ultimately, impact on sales revenue (ROI)
·
Identify
and interpret data, formulate insights and successfully communicate actionable
recommendations and implications to core teams
·
Partner
with Digital IT/agencies to ensure technical aspects of all digital programs
are set-up and tagged properly for measurement
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s
degree required, ideally in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business
Administration or related field.

3+
years of experience in an analytical role within Marketing, Finance or similar
functional area including experience in areas such asL

creating
real-time campaign dashboards
o
ability
to QA and find tagging issues
o
visual
storytelling skills for campaign reporting
o
advocate
for analytics

Digital
business knowledge and understanding of typical loyalty, retention and digital
KPIs/quantitative metrics

Deep
experience with CRM and Analytics tools

Salesforce
Sales & Marketing Clouds, Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, aHrefs, SEMRush
or similar tools. (campaign manager, google ads)

pulling, mining, and synthesizing data into stories
