Additional Responsibilities: 


·       Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

·       Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

·       Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

·       Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

·       Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

·       Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

·       Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

·       Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 1-5 years of experience in a sales or client supporting role preferred 
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the use of CRM/sales tool- Logisolve uses Bullhorn. 
  • Attention to detail in composing emails, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to work in a small office setting. 
  • Ability to work independently.
