The purpose of the Data Office Coordinator is to participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of the Data Office and Data Governance activities. The coordinator works with the Data Office Lead, Enterprise Data Steward Principal, and stakeholders to ensure the success of the Data Office, project engagement, and Data Governance tool implementation. Responsibilities include tasks such as coordinating Data Office activities across the various projects and work streams, dashboard management, and documentation. This coordinator should be innovative, analytical, organized, have excellent communication skills.

Key Goals and Tasks

·        Facilitate the success of project work streams by structuring meeting agendas, adding short- intermediate- and long-term goals, managing responsibilities, and adding accountability to the existing structure.

·        Plan and organize meetings with cross-functional teams

·        Oversee and coordinate communication with key stakeholders

·        Keep team members and stakeholders aware of any red flags concerning the timing of deliverables to keep timelines on track

·        Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

·        Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills

·        Strong problem solving and organizational skills

·        Results oriented with a strong ability to collaborate with others to accomplish deadlines and deliverables

·        Effective stakeholder management skills

·        Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
