I just wanted to thank you for LogiSolve's assistance with the Set Creator project. In four months we were able to successfully deliver a vendor-provided software solution to over 80 territories and 150 sales representatives. This project will provide direct financial benefit to Lifetouch by helping us to increase our market share of the prom and dance business. The project was delivered within budget and on time for our fall selling season.
John Scanlon did a great job as our Project Manager, working with stakeholders from Marketing, IT, Legal, Finance and the software vendor. Prior to LogiSolve's involvement, our three-year relationship with the software vendor had become contentious; but John was able to successfully negotiate a positive outcome for all parties involved. Heather Lorentz performed excellent work in a functional testing capacity. By clearly defining the functional issues in detail, we were able to get the software vendor on the right track.
