With 12+ years of multifaceted experience spanning manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare industries, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the realm of HR. Holding an MBA with an emphasis in HR, she is dedicated to crafting strategic solutions that align with organizational goals. Katie is a proud member of both SHRM and Twin Cities SHRM, and is deeply invested in staying up-to-date with industry trends.

 

Kristine Miosek

Finance Manager

Kristine handles numerous financial activities for Logisolve including client invoicing, receivables and payables, analysis and completion of monthly financial reports, as well as initiating payroll for the entire company. With 14+ years in Business Management and 8+ years in Accounting and Finance, Kristine has worked across a variety of industries – including a start in the Fashion Industry!

Office Coordinator

Tyler is the Office Coordinator at Logisolve. He has 5+ years of experience in the United States Air Force as a logistics manager and aircraft technician. He is currently working to attain his PHR and SHRM certification in HR.

Emily leads the Recruiting team. Her experience in the IT Consulting Industry spans over 20+ years, primarily in consulting services. Before joining Logisolve in 2008, she held recruiting and business development positions with small, privately held companies as well as large, corporate environments. She has an extensive background in full-cycle recruitment, and is a leader in establishing relationships with consultants, staff, and clients.

Heather has been fortunate to gain breadth and depth of industry and functional experience throughout her career. Her passion and strengths extend beyond recruiting and talent acquisition to include human resources, marketing, communications, and operations. She is equally creative and analytical in her approach, with a high degree of professional curiosity. John brings more than 30+ years of recruiting experience to Logisolve, having started as an Executive Recruiter seeking engineering talent for various clients in the Twin Cities area and moving into IT consulting. John has placed talent in contract and permanent positions locally as well as nationally, having conducted searches for Fortune 500 companies and small emerging high-tech firms in the area.

Account Executive

Susan is an Account Executive with 20+ years of IT industry experience spanning hardware, software and services. She is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Key Account development for both Capability Solutions and Staffing. She takes great pride in building long-term strategic and trusted partner relationships and delivering value to her clients.

VMS Coordinator

Ben joined Logisolve in 2023 and is currently leading our VMS processes. He collaborates with our strategic partners to identify and submit potential candidates using vendor management systems, and closely works with our Client Vendor Management programs to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality results.

She has over 25 years of experience working in the pharmacy healthcare industry, specializing in Project/Product Management, Agile/Scrum, and Business Analysis. Her expertise stems from work associated with leading the implementation and development of solutions from all sides of the healthcare continuum, including e-prescribing, prior-authorization, and formulary benefits. She is passionate about leading initiatives that benefit the health and well-being of the patient through technology.

Mukesh leads ERP Practice and Global Delivery for i4 Marketplace and has 20+ years of experience in IT Consulting, SAP/ERP Delivery, Business Development, Digital Transformation and Large-scale Program Management. Mukesh has led several global projects and has been instrumental in setting up the onsite/offsite/offshore model for implementation, upgrade, and support projects teams in all areas of SAP. He delivers a customer-centric approach on SAP/ERP engagements with emphasis on the best business decision with the ability to match client requirements.

Kelly is responsible for the strategy, growth and development of Logisolve and has recently been tapped to lead Logisolve’s new startup, i4Marketplace. i4Marketplace is focused on Cloud Based Manufacturing Technology including Robotic Process Automation, IOT, SAP and Shop Floor Automation. Kelly has passion for digital strategy, automation, and customer solutions that work in a practical, meaningful way.

Benjamin Youtz is a dedicated technologist with a focus on Business Intelligence and Data Management practices. Ben has over a decade of experience in developing innovative and cost-effective analytic solutions in industries ranging from Construction and Renewable Energy to Healthcare and Insurance. Ben leads solution design, implementation, and adoption. He brings broad hands-on leadership experience in designing and developing analytics solution both on premise and in the cloud. When not querying a data lake, he can be found paddling a canoe on a real lake Minnesota’s BWCA.
